Bank of America Home loans April 2004 – current
Suspense -As an Edi suspense coordinator I focused on high loan volume, and accuracy. I was able to develop an intricate knowledge of Bank of America system.
Client Liaison-I provided outstanding customer service, maintain many challenging pipelines. I oversee that loans and conditions are reviewed appropriately. I make myself available to answer questions from internal and external clients. I use critical thinking skills to improve the client experience. I have collaborated with mortgage lenders with some of the most demanding and highest volume pipelines. I am responsible for providing feedback to team managers and oams regarding lender issues and trends. I work with Underwriting, Traders, Compliance, Government Insuring, and Collateral Departments to resolve many diverse challenges
